Home help session for seniors + people with disabilities.
These discounted 3 hour sessions are designed to help people with mobility challenges/disabilities with organizing and household tasks that are not easily done independently. Tasks could include: hanging artwork, putting things away, mail/paper sorting, rearranging furniture, small repairs (materials must be provided), installing organizational systems, cleaning and chores. Priority will be given to tasks that enhance the beauty, comfort and functionality of the home*.
3 hours - $100
These sessions can be booked on a recurring basis.

Madeline will work with you/your family 1:1. Ideal for those harder/more emotional sorting projects. If a lot of lifting or moving is required, Tommy will need to assist for part or all.

When you work with us as a team, you can expect for things to happen quickly and efficiently! Hiring the both of us is ideal for large downsizing projects or jobs that require a lot of lifting/moving. Tommy also brings a reselling/appraisal expertise.

Due to the multifaceted and time sensitive nature of move outs, the hourly rate is $50-$55/hr for just Madeline and $100/hr for Tommy and Madeline.

A load of recycling and or garbage taken to the local transfer station is an hourly fee at the rate of $45/hr plus any additional costs for the dumping (garbage by weight/appliance fees/etc)

We will typically take away donation items at the end of a session free of charge. However if an additional carload/special trip needs to be made or if you would like items taken to a specialty location, a fee of $45/hr will be applied for however long it takes.

We will take things that are difficult to donate like baby items, mattresses, pillows, items that need repair, building materials, etc., and work to rehome them using facebook, craigslist, or other networks we are a part of. Cost will depend on quantities and item type. This service is not always available.

If supplies such as more boxes, organization solutions (shelves, bins, containers) are required for the project (beyond the complimentary boxes, labs, and trash bags we provide) the cost of those supplies approved by the client will be added to the final bill.
